  1. Hi thank you but I did use the same ip and made 6 seperate deposits everything was the same . I did not play with one penny of their money I put nearly 2000 pound in and took no bonus . I have seen on trustpilot they have returned the deposits . I had used the first account 1 time any other place says this email is being used please log in etc , even on this site. I am not a bad loser like I said I lost another 2000 that night making 4 in total. Why would I take the time to fill in all the forms again if I idn,t want any new player bonus. I feel I have been mugged in the street. But thank you for your reply

Once we sign up, we must agree to a T&C's and it's our fault if we have double accounts.

Frankly speaking, they have no interest to keep track of double IP's and no obligation to notify players if they have made double accounts.

I am speaking from my personal  experience and unfortunately this is most likely to be truth.

  2. Hello kevd72 and welcome to AskGamblers*

I am deeply sorry but I am afraid you have breached T&C's.

There is a 'saint' rule when it comes to accounts .. one account.. one IP... and so on.

I haven't been active here for some time now but so far I can remember, BGO representative on AG is very responsive so I hope they can help you out with this.

From what I can see, thing's doesn't look good at all.

Lets wait our admins and their replies.

    Have a nice day*

    :hi:

  3. Very weird casino set up they made. How do you get invited to join their casino? Information is not available if your not a member of the casino.

I just tried to read their T&C's and it wasn't possible.

My laptop is brokne and now I have no clue if that's the reason, but if T&C's are 'hidden' something smell bad in here... according to my humble experience. ^_^  ^_^  ^_^

  4. I would like to ask if your are beginner to online gambling ?

The poker playing 5 years, the casino is not a long time

So has it been processed now dear?

withdrawals are not treated, communicated in the live chat, I was told that most of all on the line

I am happy to hear we have experienced poker player here.

As for Redbet, let admins answer your question I was just thinking how many times I was upset by not getting my money instantly.

And yes, I know how stressful it can be even if I would win something from Free Spins.

We all know how it feels but if you need to file complaint against Redbet, let admins assist you.

    :hi:

  5. I talked to them in the chat, the operator said that the withdrawal will be processed as quickly as possible, but it took another 12 hours, and money and do not have

I am sorry to hear that but let's be just a bit more patient.

  6. Congratsssss!! That's not a surprise anymore - shortlisting is guaranteed for Askgamblers every year :)

@Awena - Unfortunately, you can't vote as previous years - you could only have nominated websites and people for different categories and then judges decides whom they're gonna put in the shortlist lists :) I'm one of the judges once again, like last year :D

Good morning and thank you my sunshine  :air_kiss: .

Knowing our dearest FruityJelena is one of the judges makes me feel so good.

Thanks for your reply and time Jelena.

P.S. I see you still keep your eyes on AskGambles * ;)

  7. Yesterday the shortlist for the iGB Affiliate Awards 2017 was made public after it has been reviewed by iGB Affiliate’s judging board against the given category criterias. As we already wrote about it the 2017 awards will focus on the future, mainly what the affiliates have done to keep their position but also to grow in the last 12 months!

Alex Pratt – Head of iGaming Business: “A huge well done to everyone that has made the shortlist for the iGB Affiliate Awards 2017. For 2017 we wanted to continue the work that we started last year, ensuring that the awards has a more transparent and credible nominations and judging process – and this can be seen in the high calibre of shortlisted nominees.”

The 2017 awards will be held during LAC 2017 between the 9th and 12th of February, and it’s free to attend for everyone who has registered to attend the London Affiliate Conference.

The underlying theme for the iGB Affiliate Awards 2017 will be momentum. Being the biggest is a great achievement, but the 2017 awards will be focused on what you have done to maintain and grow that position over the last 12 months and how that separates you from the rest of the crowd.

A reminder about some of the changes that we made to the iGB Affiliate Awards process in 2016, what will continue in 2017:

Criteria: The criteria will be at the forefront of both the nomination and judging process. The criteria will also focus on the last 12 months and not before - the awards will be about momentum and not size.

The categories: We have reduced the number of awards from 32 to 25.

Nominations and voting: The nominations process will be remain similar to previous years, however the voting (which was open to abuse) has been dropped from the process. We now have a nominations board that will use the information supplied as well as their own industry knowledge to create a shortlist of no more than 7 candidates.

Judging: For judging the focus will be on the criteria, with points allocated to each item to drive accountability and transparency. There is an increased number of judges and have created a head judge for each category who is accountable for the final decision collated with the fellow judges. The judge’s decision will be final but the head judge will get involved if it’s a tie. The judges will also hold a Q&A with each shortlisted candidate, which will be recorded and made available for you to view. The judges will also create a document for each award that clearly defines why each winner won.

Free to attend: The iGB Affiliate Awards 2017 will be all inclusive! The event is free to attend for everyone registered to attend the London Affiliate Conference.

VIP tables: If you want a little something extra, VIP tables will be available to book. These will include seating close to the stage and alcohol.

The iGB Affiliate Awards are hosted by iGB Affiliate; organisers of the iGB Affiliate event series and publishers of iGB Affiliate magazine.

    May the best win***

    Hello pokeromsks.

I would suggest you to contact Live Support and kindly ask about withdrawal.

My experience with Redbet was always extraordinary and just be patient and get back to their Live Support,

I strongly believe they will do their best to help you out with this issue.

    :hi:

  9. I am sorry to hear they are closing down but I don't know what is the reason behind this decision.

' Please log into your Heypoker account and withdraw any existing funds before the 10th of December 2016.'

I will contact my sources and I will 'investigate' this matter.

Thanks for sharing this info Helena.
