    I didn't win anything so far.

     

    When I logged into my account there wasn't free spins and had to resend my screenshot again which means the operator from the last nigh left everything undone.

     

    I don't blame  her but I simply lost interest.

  3. I have contacted Live Support in order to claim IR Free Spins and I got confused after I have been told that promotion expired on 29 August.

     

    I have told live operator agent that this is the AG exclusive but she wasn't aware of the on going promotion.

     

    I had to upload screenshot of this promotion via live chat and then I was told FS will be credited until 9 a.m.

     

    I am personally cool with this because your presence here, otherwise I would be upset :)

     

    It's not about me but its really important for customer support excellence.

  4. Thanks for the reply. Yeah there are separate wallets it just didnt ask me to transfer into the casino wallet.

     

    Have sent them an email so hopefully i get a response and know where i stand. Reading reviews on the company im not hopeful. Sorry i didnt do that prior to depositing.

  5. I have tried signing up earlier on, got the registration done, but cannot do login.

    The Login Button does not appear anywhere. Tried again today, still no Login button.
