They weren't specific just said they were waiting for a "final" response from the payment system I've been through this before with a previous rep they need better communication synergy with their payment provider obviously someones made a stuff up who knows AG has my complaint and the details about the thing . I'm assuming their checking the reason why a visa payment was made and then was reversed they've actually received the money back after making me jump through hoops over the matter.

Krikey what choice do I have guess ill launch the complaint : keep getting told its being "looked into" how much brains do you need to understand that you sent the payment incorrectly because your system is flawed or ..."someone" pushed a button incorrectly which I doubt as you don't miss WINZ.IO you know that and I know that so lets drag this out [rolls eyes] .

It's simple really they have a mickey mouse operation that can't even get a transaction correct and is turning something simple into a three part saga rep could step in and fix this mess and take notes its obvious what the situation is their stuffing me around that much is clear over 1 payment .
