Hi klopklop, Try first with regular Uninstalling from Control Panel > Add Remove Programs (or Programs & Features in Windows 7). After that, I would suggest using a free software to clean all logs from your registry called CCleaner. You can download it for free here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner This should remove Playtech software and clean all logs, including login credentials from your registry and you should be able to install it again using another account.
