Hello and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, this seems like a classic multiple-account violation. Did you create more than one account or did your friend fund their account using the same card details registered to your winning account? If so, it is a breach of the casinos' terms and conditions and I'm afraid there is nothing we can do. -
