Amazon vouchers usually always cause issues for us! And going on past contests we don’t get as many people entering. I’ve also had feedback that import fees are huge for some countries, so we tend to stick to cash only contests. @Ali al hashemy I have spoken with Olle and he has explained why this situation is taking some time to sort. There is sensitive information which I can’t share at the moment. But we do need to give the casino more time to investigate with the provider and for verification. Now that I know this I ask you to give the casino more time please. Upload what you need to and then please wait for them to reply. They will let you know the outcome once they conclude the investigation.
