It's okay, don't be sorry The casino should have been able to tell you where you signed up from but yes when you mention such forums and third-party tournaments this is the kind of generic reply you will generally get as lice chat agents aren't aware of the tournament. I am just working out which is your highest multiplier to send it for verification. -

As long as they are a member of askgamblers they can take part, they do not need to be part of the forum prior to entering, just an overall AG member.
