  1. It all depends on what is being reviewed, if it is a game malfunction you might not be entitled to the winnings. But either way, I think it’s best you open a complaint to establish exactly what is going on here. I have no doubt that the casino will respond to your complaint.
  2. okay so, I think you should try to open a complaint using AGCCS, on the grounds they unfairly closed your account due to a misunderstanding, this won’t solve the initial issue, but if resolved in your favour, you’ll get access back to your account at least. You’ll need to include as much information as possible though, because this is quite complex.

  8. Great thanks for your feedback. In regards to the duo contests, right now nothing will be changing. There is always going to be contests people can’t take part in unfortunately, it’s just one of those things. We are getting provider contests more because more of you can enter, whereas when we were doing casino contests we were being met with a lot more restrictions. In regards to being a mod, we have no spaces at the moment but what I can promise you all, is that I’m trying me best to get you all exciting things in here. So hang in there just a little bit longer

But also if you posted a 300x today and then an hour later you posted had a 1000x you can post that on the same day, you don't need to wait until the next day to post it, Alternatively, if you posted a 1000x today and then you had a 300x you wouldn't need to post the 300x because it wouldn't count anyway,
  18. Yes because anyone can enter with a x10 screenshot. So if we have spare spaces on the leaderboard, someone can swoop in with a low win to bag the prize
  19. Yeah only your highest one counts, you can post as many as you like, but if you have a batch, it's just quicker for everyone that you only post the highest because that will be the only one that counts.
