That is why I quit watching streamers.... 10 minutes after the very first time! And never to return afterwards.

Wow! That's what a gambling luck is supposed to mean, right?! Good luck @Brophymj and keep them coming!

Which reminds we still owe you full list of registered casino reps available to be 'tagged' in a first place... Work in progress. Promise made!

Happy to see the issue has been resolved in a relatively prompt manner thanks to @Conor@Trada. : Seems like the new forum functionality with tagging (@username) specific forum member (or casino rep in this case) works really great, therefore, you're strongly encouraged to use it on every possible occasion.

UKGC announced ban on gambling with credit cards
ValDes replied to ValDes's topic in Casinos General
Still available for me In fact, had quite an interesting session a few weeks ago buying features on 0.20 only and no base game playing. With a starting balance of 110 USD managed to buy and play probably more than 25 features and man, it was fun indeed! If my greed didn't take the best of me, I could have even walked out with 50 bucks profit but you know me.. always chasing the dream hit.- 111 replies

Afraid it works for new Skrill registrations and you are long time customers there as far as I recall. -
UKGC announced ban on gambling with credit cards

I would love to have that feature for Jammin Jars too! Totally agree x100 makes sense providing the game variance and winning potential. Relax Gaming did it pretty good with Money Train though. Only x80, makes perfect sense and value for money.- 111 replies

I think the answer is hidden somewhere between the new AML legislation and certain regulatory requirements referring to payments monitoring. As far as I recall correctly, any operator is free to determine the payment method used by player to transfer most of his life-time funds and set it as a default one.

UKGC announced ban on gambling with credit cards
ValDes replied to ValDes's topic in Casinos General
The issue with all these changes is not hidden in the details, it is that because of problem gamblers who are the minority, all other common, non-problematic players who are the majority in my opinion, should suffer all these endless restrictions, limitations, experiments and whatnot... IMHO, Not Fair! If I'm wrong and the truth is that the majority of UK players are in fact problematic players, well then, why not abandoning all these halfway steps and take a single, draconian one by banning gambling once and for all and put an end to all that misery for good! Pretty sure the nation will embrace such ban with open arms as there's countless families out there facing and fighting the battle with problem gambling issues and consequences. Out of 'political correctness' will stop here... Not that I don't have a thousand more things to say about it...- 111 replies

UKGC announced ban on gambling with credit cards

It's not just BTG, so many providers implemented the buy-bonus feature over the last 18 months or so... Curious how providers would solve the matter. Are they gonna remove the feature for their APIs meant for UK licensed casinos or simply cut it down for all partners regardless the license considering the fact that as of lately MGA is kinda 'copying' the drastic steps/actions adopted by UKGC. Personally, don't really care that much as I rarely used the feature anyway, but always feels bad when being stripped off of additional opportunities.- 111 replies

Yeah, read the article today and oh my, even the UKGC tone of voice which is usually rather diplomatic and soft this time say it all... On top of that Slotty Vegas complaints are piling by the day on both international and DE AskGamblers versions. All re delayed payments. So far handled accordingly by their reps, but...

Hi there @Hkaris and welcome to AskGamblers Forum French players were always a difficult one to cater due to all the existing restrictions over online gambling in France. Therefore, not surprised at all to hear about your payment difficulties. Afraid you have no other option but to inform the casino team and pray for faster resolution. As @cocopop3011 mentioned above, it's most probably an issue with their current payment provider, so you'd better arm yourself with some patience, these matters usually take some time to resolve. Good luck!

The thing is a potential chargeback on the card will mos probably have some serious consequences, especially for a fellow UK punter. Kindred is a massive casino group and I have zero doubts that once the OP gets the 'chargeback-er' label with them, it will affect his activity across many other big UK gambling companies as well. Although Mr P claims no such CB DBs exist, I can recall few complaints over the years actually proving such statement wrong. -
Well, if you dig yourself into the UKGC news archive for a quick minute (or two), pretty sure you'll find similar (if not the same) findings followed by 'strict plans' of improving dated couple of years ago... Countless researches (all of these well paid of course), same findings all the time and yet, not a single online operator out there (out of close to 11000) which would implement two simple solutions in their interface while playing with bonus funds: - would not allow you placing bets on a bonus restricted game; - would not allow you placing bet in excess of the max allowed. All the rest is like you use to say "smoke and mirrors' I'm afraid.
-
Oh, come on, Mr P! You are slowly but surely turning into PNG die-hard fan, just admit it!

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. A bit more of a detail regarding what exactly are you trying to say will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Pretty f*cked up situation if I may say... And certainly an alarming one if you ask me. Maybe you should put your friendship/connection with such people into some serious consideration. Being a former IT myself, I don't believe in miracles nor mysterious hacks. Usually, there's always a much simple explanation. Guess you too share the same observations. The way you described it, I have no doubts your laptop has been used by one of more of these folks. Worst case scenario, might have been your GF as well, if I recall correctly, she's gambling too, right? -
Afraid that was a UKGC licensed casinos patent long before MGA operators started to use it. Seen it used a pretext for delaying payments in countless complaints...
-
Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. To be honest with you, sincerely doubt BGO team will act this way unless they were 100% sure about it! We saw countless complaints similar as yours in here over the years, but only couple of these ending up as player's initial words and facts proven to be true during to course of complaints process unfortunately... You mentioned the case has already been escalated with BGO ADR provider which means you are not recommended using AGCCS. Good luck and keep us posted.

Err...?

Pretty curious to see what the UKGC would do about it... Keep us posted. Welcome to AskGamblers Forum though.
