Bottom line, yeah, if the payment used for deposing is registered under a different name you are in a trouble. Considering the nature of your issue, wouldn't encourage using AGCCS until you hear back from the casino operator and/or exhausted their own complaints procedure. Good luck.

      My own theory for the decreased RTP stats is way more simple than yours @Flatzem. IMHO, the number of players playing Bonanza nowadays is no where near as it was back on 2018/early 19, meaning the more players spinning it, the faster the win/lose cycles would pass. And we all know what's happening when one is happy to hit the game in its peaks and respectively, in its bottoms... It's not BTG's fault that I hit mostly bad cycle sessions, that's what they call luck.

      No longer an avid fan of detailed monitoring and summarizing of my gambling data to be honest, but can easily confirm that till 2019 I had pretty decent overall RTP when it comes to Big Time Gaming slots (probably way over the 120% mark) and in 2019 it went south (probably within the 75-80% margin) and obviously, that was the main reason for quitting BTG slots for good (again, except Lil Devil).

      Have done that myself a loong time ago (quitting Bonanza), and not just Bonanza but almost 100% Big Time Gaming slots tbh... Lil Devil is the only one which is given occasional 100 bucks on low-rolling and that's pretty much all. And yes, there's cure @Flatzem, way better IMHO to try with some Thunderkick, Push Gaming or NoLimit City slots.
