Hi i Created an account and submitted my passport and council tax bill which was accepted, my account shows fully verified. Deposited £350 in two separate transactions. Won just over £1000 which I chose to withdraw. This stayed in pending for around 12 hours, I checked back for an update and now the funds are no where to be seen. Not in pending and not in complete. Sent an email no reply finally got through on live chat to an unhelpful agent just generally looking to stall my withdraw and had no real answers for me. Said I “might” receive an email from a different department, I asked him where the funds are now and he said still waiting to be reprocessed I asked why this wasn’t processed the first time if my account is verified and he said they “might” need a bank statement. Having googled reviews I can now see I made a mistake getting involved with this company but can anyone help with this ? As stated my account is verified fully
