Hello! Any reputable online casino normally requires every deposit to be wagered, at least 3x the deposit you made, due to anti-laundering. My experience with winz casino is also not very pleasant, because of the attitude of the support, they are just not very friendly and their bonuses are deceiving and in most cases you won't see any money from the bonuses at winz casino lol!
