    Well mate, that is indeed one more legal matter to be resolved!
    The problem is, we all know how legal matters can drag on and on for long periods of time, although about the logs issue, that is quite obvious. Again, it's probably the grey areas that are holding everything back. Just have to wait and be patient mate, no matter how long it may take them to come to a resolution.

    That's probably a million dollar question mate...or more realistically, a few thousand dollars question.
    The way I see it, your case involves a grey area about cashback calculation formulation. Mathematically, the formulas are legal for the casino...but are they fair to the players? That's the big question but there's no quick answer. If it involves a legal battle, only god knows how long it can be amicably resolved, or not at all.
    Perhaps a request for a status update from MGA once a month or two months should be okay and not be annoying to the authorities...but I really don't know mate.

    Well to be honest I don't like the pogg. The site has just one special trait. It can resolve issues between you and N1 casinos and some other selected casinos. Also keep in mind that it declines complaints that have to do with refunds. This is a pretty tricky one since most of the complaints are declined payments and refunds. 
    Personally, I would either make a complaint here or at mga straight away.

    After years of gambling along the way I stumbled across many issues with many online casinos. Some were professional enough to resolve the issue fast but some of them being unresponsive, actions needed to be done. I remember many conversations between some folks and me talking about it. Whenever a customer had enough with an issue with the disputed casino, whenever he threw the 3 capitals, casino turned the "we are here for you to fix it now" face. Personally, I have used MGA complaint platform couple of times and had a 100% success. ( Same here at askgamblers)
    But my question is this: Is MGA really the boogeyman of online casinos ? Or at least used to be? And if yes then why are they so annoyed by this? And what about other commissions such as UKGC? I would like to here some thoughts on this matter. ☺️

    Well I was told by the player support chat to ask the question in the forum if anyone had experience in dealing with the MGA regarding how long it took! And the response I got were good but you should inform your members to stop trolling people who have valid questions! 
    If people continue to troll people no one will continue to stay here and participate on this forum, and it will drive people away from asking valid questions!
    Therefore, you need to stop it and not laugh when people make stupid comments about how I spent 250, made 8k and then lost it, which by the way is total lies I spent over 30k over those two weeks!  bc then your participating in this as a forum admin. It looks bad on you and you should be bipartisan!!
    Anyways I'm done talking about this situation and will post it so everyone will see when I'm  right. It's horrible when members instead of helping other members want to degrade them. When we should be all sticking together and helping each other!
    Everyone needs to take tips from AFI4WINS he's so humble, helps people and shows the upmost respect! I vote AFI for PRESIDENT!!!!

    Actually, this isn't quite true... Usually, The Operators will prepare and provide all the requested info, paperwork and/or evidence much faster than the given 30-day time frame, so the delays (if any) should be happening somewhere else along the line.

    Then you need to wait until 20 March. If no response is given until then contact pogg and ask them about the complaint. If mga needs more time, it might take up to 6 months. So until june 20th. 
    Ps. Before you ask why mga needs more time. Let me explain. Usually the department checks with casino and gives them time to assemble all the info and proof they need. So this is where the time takes place. Info and etc go back and forth and then dep. decides if casino is wrong or not.  That's all I have to say.

    i have experience directly with mga. No pogg involved. They assign the tasks per order. So by that i mean you need to wait in line, even pogg. They are usually more flexible and faster in summer. (1 month max to resolve it).  If you didnt have third party involved, i think it would be easier for you to contact them via chat and ask them about the investigation. If they closed chat on platform, you can call em or send em email.  They also send you an email when the investigation is starting and also u got a reference number within the email. 3 months passed sure, but when did pogg first contact mga about this matter? If they conctacted mga, 1 month ago, then you will wait. If its been 3 months since pogg first contacted mga, then this month you should have an update.

    It's pretty obvious why sports bettors would choose licensed bookmakers...they are more reliable and trustworthy than unlicensed ones. Payments of their winnings are more assured, they feel more secured in the sense that these bookmakers would not cheat them for no reasons, but if any problems should be encountered, as it always does, they have the Licensing Authority to turn to for help, arbitration and so on. It's for the same reasons why gamblers would prefer licensed casinos over rogue ones.
    Not only that, the convenience of making bets with online bookmakers is far greater than having to go to any high street bookmakers, especially in this pandemic situations when everyone are forced to be at home most of the time.

    I totally get where you're coming from brother and appreciate your input since you were the first supporter/help I got  from the start of this mess.
    But the pogg who has tons of experience dealing with complaints, informed me that they are consulting with the MGA, I hardly think Duncan would make a mistake. 
    But I do want to point out something that the MGA states when a casino is operating the same brand in another jurisdiction: 
          "Secondly, where the website of the MGA-licensed operation is also used in connection with a foreign licence, this shall be notified to the MGA forthwith, and such setup shall be allowed only in exceptional circumstances, where the MGA is satisfied that the regulatory objectives are not prejudiced thereby"
    Therefore, I think I am protected by the mga because King Billy operates the same brand in malta and curacao!

    Honestly speaking mate, I'm not even sure if ThePogg is referring 'the regulator' to be MGA or CURACAO!
    Your case has been so long winded, with so much info going back and forth, that I'm no longer sure where it stands now. If it's with MGA, hopefully this matter would get resolved soon enough, but if it's with Curacao...oh boy...nothing can be certain, they may not even respond!
    I'm not trying to throw smoke on your case mate...just highlighting what may be probable to come. 😉

    I willl be posting up soon so much of my issues I've had with king Billy.
    And that black guy saying to him your one of the most annoying guy on the forum, I say to you get stuffed.

    This guy who's complaint about KingBilly cash back I totally know where his coming from..
    I've deposited $24,000.00 AUD 
    And I've never received a cashback i always get some ***** escuse !
    But I have bigger issues. With this casino rather than just cashbacks, much more than that

    when I had the cashback issue and all of my gaming logs were suddenly gone in  my account on the website in my profile, I requested King Billy to send me the gaming logs, and what they sent me were logs with columns missing. I have proof of that with correspondence through emails. the columns missing were the payoff sum column, and the profit column. Therefore, I couldn't calculate my cashback with only the bet sum, they knew the reason for me asking them for the logs  --- 1st document
    then I emailed them back and said that it doesn't show the winning amount and then they added the profit sum to the log. --- 2nd document
    then I sent them an email of an original gaming log I had bc I had a complaint regarding a  glitch issue and then they sent me the original gaming log and which had all the columns in it correctly. the original document has the bet sum, the payoff sum, and profit sum all three separate columns  ----3rd document
    luckily I had an original gambling log document otherwise I wouldn't of known the difference!
    thats super  illegal!! I have researched and the Malta Gaming Authority regards this as a violation of the gaming act! Since thats a huge breach shouldn't I get back all of the deposits I have made to the casino??

    I have already submitted a complaint from there I was wanting to post this issue to as many places I can. I have plenty of transcripts and emails of multiple multiple representatives “supervisors” as well as support staff completely back peddling from eachother and when cornered they disconnect with no replies I think with enough people on board we can possibly end this player theft these people are and have been doing. It’s completely unexceptable and I will spend every hour of everyday towards putting a stop to it 👍

    BTW I just checked Lcb thread of his post and he is lying again. He lied here and then he lied at casinomeister and got  bashed over there and now he is lying that lcb is agreeing with him. Apparently there is just two comments on the thread by lcb and last comments is about niran not cooperating . You are exposed again.
