I was bored and always wanted to think what I would say to some characters in games if they were real. Obviously its only a game but geezzz ... some of these games can rub me the wrong way and while not emotional, I do get passionaly pissed off at times. Below the top onest that can get to me. Do you have any games or game characters that shouldnt be in front of you when you are losing? What would you say? Crazy talk I know but what imagine .... On my shortlist - 1. @Afi4wins , thank for your comment...Im slightly off -subject and please delete if not appoved. I chatted to them today via email and I dont think Illl get anything after much debate with them. They are probably correct even though they gave me a different formula today. Now Its deposit losses less withdrawels less bonuses. For all I know , it probably means the same and I just dont understand the equation.They say I didnt have the minumum spend of 2500 ZAR for the last 7 days and that I spent R2380 or someting like that and then only reached the required level to get cashback. I checked and asked them if R12 000 doenst count in good faith for deposits made from the the 7 days prior to . Appearently it doesnt. When I I made peace with the fact that I should have asked and that they are riight as per their T&C's so i cannot file a complaint. I am just sour for dropping those winnings and thinking that I have a safety net of 7% on ZAR200000( a small one but at least one) What I am not getting out of them is my gaming history( nothing in my profile) and I see that in my profile there;s some discrepancies with multiple sessions ( at least 10 of them.) that showing live. @Afi4wins , I'm so dissapointed. They came back to me today and didnt give a single cent on cashback. they say my deposits werent a min of 500 Euros,. I had a long convo with them stating that I tried to cash out twice, had numerous playing sessions and they still wont budge. I had to accept a 100usd bonus chip.. I also cannot access my gaming history, wagers made or losses and this info is suddenly gone. :- ( In their defence, I can't really do anything about this due to lack of knowledge. Oh @pinnit2015 , the bet was ZAR39 , no bonus active and total winnings about ZAR220 000 before it went down. The single biggest win was on Aztec with R185 000 odd.

Thank you Gents, knew I could some clarity. So it's KB casino and I love playing there. If I understand correctly, then they should pay a cashback on the whole sum. I must just remember now when the VIP level was activated ( it was sometime throughout this winning spree and Im sure they wont backdate the cashback) I just realised... If I know when I the new status was active, I can go into gameplay and work it out myself. then again, three days of gameplay and pissing out 10 000 euros (@Pinnit ... Hello to all I have a tech question ( for me it is ), and I hope someone can shed some light for me on this. Ok, so I was at a 'level2' loyalty status with a well known and respected casino. I love playing there and spend -+75% of gambling time there. Last week Wednesday, I made some deposits, and at some point, I hit a whopper ( Aztex Gold Megaways - x5500 bet @ ). I notified them and decided I'll play for until I want to cash out. Every day I kept on winning, and the peak of my winnings was worthwhile to cash out. As all good things come to an end, the luck ran out and, while I did try and cash out, there was an issue with withdrawal onto my c card. While I was waiting for them to sort it out, they reversed the withdrawal request and... let's say temptation got the better of me. I'm not worried about it, but here is the exciting part. Because of the large size bets ( at some point -+50 Euros a spin ), I quickly collected XP Points and was upgraded to their level3 VIP player ( there is 5 ), and with level 3, a cashback is added every week as an incentive and for loyalty. When they calculate my cashback to pay, they said they give the amount based on the below formula, but I still don't understand it fully, and their friendly support chat doesn't understand what I am asking. I'm not good at explaining. (Bets Sum - Payoffs Sum - Bonuses - Withdrawals = Result sum (not less then 500 EUR) * % = CASHBACK) Here's my question ---- Do they give me a cashback on all the money that went through my account. hypothetically - 10050 Euros ( 50 Euros deposit + 10000 Euro winnings - 10050 Euros lost again) without a withdrawal or bonus breach or do they only give cashback on my 50 Euros? I would assume the latter because I could have withdrawn the funds quickly in Neteteeller and just deposited it again if I wanted to. Thanks for reading this and hope to hear from someone. Thanks for the comments. If I knew then what I know now, I would have requested a cash out. Since I was under the impression, they won't give me my winnings, I just max bet it away and saw it as 'fun mode'. Such a idiot.. I should have challenged it.

The lasest manoevers to not pay and who max bets on Gonzos on his first spin? I have been playing online for some years now and, WOW, what a change indeed. As a new player back then, I didn't know that an online casino's terms and conditions should be read more carefully than your own marital prenup. Fast forward to the present, and nowadays online casinos are popping up almost daily, and you either hear of them through an affiliate website, google or wait for it... through a sister casino of theirs. Many of these casinos do not interest me for reasons that are not relevant here. On the flip side, many casinos do look exciting and I either take their welcome deposit or FS to get a feel and should I like the casino, I start gambling there. Two things happened that doesn't justify a complaint but heck... know this rule or even better... How can they get away with this? There is a big conglomerate company with at least 50 casinos that fall under them. They are well known, and most are reputable. I didn't even know of the conglomerate until the bonus issue came up. I made a welcome deposit at a newly launched casinos - the amount was -+20 Euros. It must have been the luckiest weekend of my life as I was sitting on 30 000 Euros in 48 hours. When I nervously questioned live chat to double-check that all is good for a cashout once verification is done, they told me that I am a duplicate account. I am not allowed more than one welcome deposit within their group of casinos. I looked at their list of casinos, and she had a valid point. I probably have 15 accounts with them but not a single duplicate account within the same casino. Can they not pick up on your email address that you a member and request that you do not deposit for a welcome deposit? I honestly think this clause is BS. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please look at the bottom of the home page to see who the holding company is. Lastly, watch out for the FS on Gonzo's quest from these guys. I played 20 Fs out and won a Euro --+. Many of us click the mouse button to get the FS done and dusted as this group also states that you must use the bonuses in the order that they are published. (i.e. you must use the FS first.) I clicked on the mouse to get the FS finished. Just after the last spin, a screen quickly came up and disappeared just quickly. When I looked down, my entire deposit + welcome % was gone in one spin. The game is preset to maximum bet after the FS finishes so I played 22 odd euros on 1 spin. Since online chat wasn't available, I went back to them in the morning and raised my concern with screenshots, and the guy told me that they cannot control how much I bet and that I must look at the bet value. Ok, kind sir, why is Gonzo the only game that is preset on max. In conclusion, I am not playing there anymore, and I realise time and time again why I keep on going back to the top three, which we all know who they are Tip 1) check your membership with the holding company and ask live chat if there are any issues before playing. 2) Before pressing the spin button after FS is over, check what the casino preset the bet value at. In my instance, they only had Gonzo at max bet. I wonder who else was caught like this?
