okay, I understand. I was quite shocked by the email I received today. They did not respond to any of the new evidence. or why they pay for 2019, when I only mentioned 2017-18. They said that if MGA or Ecogra consider that we should pay more than 6,000 euros out of 230,000 euros. then we will. Have not demanded everything back but some iaf thanks

I'm so low on energy. I wrote a really good mail #2 to the casino. With new evidence. That I wanted that they will show evidence how they say pay for 2019 and not before. Show me how you tried. And pics from Skype when they encourage me etc etc. Is is better to contact mga or make a ticket here?... Thanks for help.

When I asked who to contact they said Dear You will need to contact the regulator of the jurisdiction where the site is licensed. This information should be available on the gambling website.

The casino answered before like this if you would like to dispute this decision regarding the funds you spent on your account prior to January 1, 2019, under our MGA license, you may contact the Alternative Dispute Resolution Organization (ADR) eCOGRA or contact MGA. If we are notified that we need to make changes to our decision from our ADR, we will correct it. Why say ecogra if they know they wont touch this.... Should i contact MGA?

Yes I didn't know about the fines. I love casumo or loved. Read the fines and understood I was that stupid idiot that they played and was my friend. If i wrote the mail when i posted this it would get back in for sure. But i live in sweden and is on gamblingpaus now. It was hard some days but after a while i was "happy" a whole month.
