Im trying to stay positive. I think i wrote this 6 months ago or started to think of it all if i should make a case. 3 days ago my cousin died from nowhere in heartattack. 49 years 2 kids... Lost all but 15 000k Started with stocks made dem in 2 years 250 000 k. Quitted my job. One day i got feeling to pay slots. had been away 6 months. Lost 5000K. AND THERE IT STARTED TO HUNT BACK MY LOSSES AND STARTED TO LOAN MONEY AND FUKKED ALL UP. I HAD IT ALL AND LOST APARTMENT; WIFEY; FRIENDS ALL...

Hahahaha 234 spins and 100 euro each. Memories :) Moms Bday is in november. Dads in December and my dog 25th Dec. Me in January and my Brother in February. This year we only give free hugs. BUT there is a tiiiiny hope that MGA maybe think i deserve a christmas gift. Then I fly directly to Sri Lanka first flight haha :)

Haha no. The sympathy stage is over. I paid with my life + 230K to see how Life is slowly broken from top to bottom. One by one, they have disappeared, rightly so. The only one left for real and love me is the dog. An olde english bulldog. Haha, but he doesn't know any better maybe Thanks for that buddy !!! Nice that someone believes in me haha. Casumo writes on the website that it has top ratings via ask gamblers. They have responded to me with "Casumo puts the focus on the customer, and strives to provide a gaming site in a safe and secure environment for our players with a variety of game limits available to control gaming." With so much evidence I have come up with, and asked why they are not responding to my evidence. How can one not give a better explanation than that we have made our final answer. If it is not enough, contact MGA. When you have feeded them with 230 000 euro.Atleast you can describe and respond to the evidence that its wrong or something so you know why they only pay 6K of 230K. I dont know if Casumo is a big casino but its scary that the respond is so weak to a such a big "case" I hope MGA says pay him or we take your license

Right now, hope is alive and Im ok. Was very sad and disappointed when Casumo came up with such a simple no on mail 2. Especially when I had so much evidence. But really hopethat MGA can make another assessment that goes my way. The entire case has taken months to summarize and read through. it is so anxiety provoking to see all the chat and transactions etc. Then to translate everything into English. What I read about MGA is only negative about the fact that they are corrupt and work together with casinos and always in their favor. So it didn't make it any easier to have the strength to take it up with anyone other than Casumo. But now it is done. Don't know how they work and do investigation. But can only hope for the best. The days are long now. Thanks for all the pepp and info I got here! Gold Worth

Sorry one question. Can't i make a RG complaint ticket here before and see how it goes. It seems that English casumo is Moore serious than the Swedish. Shouldn't be like that but I don't know.. Can I make one and then mga? Or mga and them both? Or if I'm not happy with mga answer make it after?
