In an industry with such parody one of the few things that can make one site more desirable than another is costumer service. Aladdin’s Gold has demonstrated it does not care about the player. I have played at Aladdin's Gold for a long time. I've done nothing but lose. Now they will not answer my E-mails for a bonus I earned nor did they respond to my complaint on Ask Gamblers. When they do not want you to play they just ignore you, What can we do?

Same here. you never se complaints against certain casinos that Ask Gamblers is associated with.
