In one casino I remember getting a message on a Red Tiger game. It said that they're adjusting the RTP. I'm sure people were complaining the game was unfair. Not sure if this was across the board adjustment for all casinos, but this was the only one I got a message on. Just got me thinking. Are casinos able to adjust the rtp of a game? From my understanding it's all done server side and casinos aren't able to tamper with the games rng. Or am I wrong?

Yes, I actually just disabled my paperless statements in my online banking just so I can get a proof of address, my banks online statement doesnt include my address. Luckily my phone bill e-statement does. So I sent it to them. Support told me it would be good. Hopefully get reverified within the week.

I won't mention any names (not yet anyway). But right now I'm dealing with an issue after making a withdrawal. I was sent a notice that my proof of address expired and cannot withdraw until it's re-verified. Never experienced this with other casinos. So I resent a government paper (which I use with most casinos) but it was denied. I just sent another document hoping it gets approved. If it doesn't, I'll most likely ask for a refund and close the account. So sick of these games. I've made withdraws with this casino a few times before. I've contacted support about this. I'm pretty patient and willing to give the benefit of doubt. But the timing just seems strange to me. I mean If you don't want to give people their winnings, don't start an online casino. This is usually how downward spirals happen. I'll keep you updated.

Never had ID verification problems, But my bank doesn't issue cards with names on it unless requested. So my card pics had no name, but I had proof it was part of my bank and the withdraws and deposits were from the card attached to my account. So the casino asked me to go to my bank and get a signed letter from them proving it's my card. I don't have the time for that, plus I have to make an appointment with my bank for this kind of thing. WHere i would have to explain to my bank that I'm trying to play at an online casino (no thanks) So with 200+ winnings in my account, I told them to close my account. This happened with two big name casinos. I understand security, safety and all that, but there should be other ways to work these things out. I'm a paying customer, and I pay a lot. I feel it would be in the casinos best interest to help as much as possible to get customers playing. I'm with many casinos (40+) and these are the only 2 that gave me this trouble. Even casinos that are part of the same label let me sign up and withdraw with no issue. I'm guessing these things vary from who's on shift. One person may be more lax where another could be a straight by the books no exceptions police-esque kind of person.

I was so excited when LeoVegas brought NETENT back to Canada. But like a week later they axed it once again. Not only Leo but every casino that offered it to Canadians. Why is it such a back n forth with NETENT and Canada? Even the actual website run by the Liquor Lotteries commission in Canada had to remove their 2 NETENT games. I know licensing is an issue, but why is it this much of an issue? I'm guessing Canadian regulations just make things too difficult.
