I can't remember if you answered on CM but was the password unique to other sites you use or reused multiple times. It is wild some casinos let multiple sesisons be active on different IP addresses/no IP geolocation to lock out an account after a suspicious login. -

I just wrote an answer and for some reason it vanished after submitting, hope heres not two replies from me after this. Anyway, I thought my case was very strong too, but it is clear now that operators word against customers evidence is stronger. I made a complaint to authority (Mga), I provided them all the evidence too. After the review they came to conclusion that the operator had done nothing wrong since they denied that they had never even received my self-exclusion email or that they had sent that welcome mail to me. I must say that I feel scammed, by NTEC and the authority. And not only feel, they did scam. -

Yes casinomeister. They tried and Gamdon responded with they will not co-operate. And I tried casinoguru and they told me its a cyber crime so they cant help. I tried complaining here when it happened and askgamblers I think said the same. They cant help. A casino stole my money. Its as clear as day. Lots of other complaints on forums and other places and everyone just seems to not be bothered.
