Webbyslots - Issue with Live Casino Balance

Hello, everyone, I'm new here and sorry I'm not an expert in the English language.

Yesterday I make an account in Webbyslots. I played generally live casino and usually Evolution.

I make a bet and I win 9 euros I see the money in balance and after the next bet disappeared. I try to find why I speak with evolution's support and said to me all is good from our side talk with your casino. I talk with my casino and after a lot of time, we found a way to prove him than I win with screenshots of evolution's support conversation.

Finally, I take my money back after 15 hours. They don 't send me an email or text or a sorry. Nevermind I go again in immersive roulette and I make a bet of 4 euros I win 18. Happens the same. Ok I speak with evolution, take the screenshots and go to Webbyslots support but at this time is morning and ask for my money back. I ask my last deposit back 30 euros now i have 19 to give my money back because i can t play like this. They refused, I ask for withdraw but they say i need 20 euros. In total very bad casino, stay away for their services.

No the casino don 't explain me why and happens again today before 10 hours they don 't add me the money. Also the exactly person in assist was rude.

Okay, so..You now have the money back in your account that went missing from the bet, yes? The issue is that you want your initial deposit back as you don't want to play here?

If I am right in thinking that, tbh I'm not entriely sure there is much you can do in regards to this, but I'm not sure I'm entirely undertanding what the issue is here. Is your balance at $19 real money? No bonus funds in place?

No one explains to me why happened this just add me 9 euros in my account. The second case now is more than 24 hours and they investigate this.  No bonus all is real money.

In next session i will record all of my game as i can have proofs.

There could be a glitch in the Evolution system that causes your balance to disappear, but only Evolution support team can confirm this for you, the casino's team won't be able to do that. If there is a glitch in the system, then it may take several days for the Evolution team to investigate to find the glitch - not an easy task to do anyway. So do wait a day or two more and see what comes next.

I'm amazed...very very amazed...when you say "in next session..."!!! 

After 2 such incidents and you still want to play at that Webbyslots Casino? Oh my god! I would surely find another place to play...to avoid another balance disappearing act there!

I ask them to cash out all my money, but they say I have less than 20 euros and I can't. I will play 2 euros to black for example just go over 20 for withdraw but I'm sure will happen the same.

It's a bug with Evolution Live casino, it happens sometimes that you win a bet and don't get money. Check game tab history and see if the winnings are "pending" usually you should just contact your casino or evolution live support and get the money in 24-48hours.

Evolution is sadly full of bugs nowadays, bets rejected for no reason and stuff like that.

If not mistaken if you want to check bet history on WebbySlot.Click on your "Profile" scroll down and press "Bets History" try to find the bet you are talking about and see what's going on.

At the first time i watch it live, I has a bet of 3 euros i win with and wrote in screen you win 9e and the balnce go from 19 to 28 euros. I put my next bet  (6 euros bet) and the balance after accepting the bets go to 13. i speak with live support at evolution and they say you win and we add your money at your balance talk with your casino.

I go straight to casino and i see in bet history the bet of 3 euros as a loose bet and after 12 hours they solve the case.

The same happened and second time. i put my first bet (4 euros) i win 18 added in balance and at next accepted bet dissapeared the 18 euros.

So they solved the case? 3e bet that was "lose" which it wasn't right you won it and after 12hours they gave you money?
I play on Evolution for years too, and it happened to me the first time 2 weeks ago on Justspin casino, maybe it has something to do with casinos after all and not only provider?

The first case solved almost immediately but I don't take an email as they said to me with an explanation or something. The second case is until now under investigation.
