Any experience with Nordicasino?

For about one year I have been playing solemn on Nordicasino. I think I deposited about 12k but never hit a great win. 
the main reason that I tried a new casino was that there were some serious problems with their site and later I couldn’t pay any longer with my French Mastercard. Yes, I am located in France and as you probably know therefor very limited in casino choices.

In December last year I couldn’t login anymore and receive the message that connection to their server isn’t possible. I contacted them several times but no answer. As f it was my problem. Then one week later I received an email with a new link...instead of Nordic I had to write Nordec!

indeed very strange. Until now the former link still doesn’t work. I asked several times what was going on but they never told me. Anyhow I could play again in to be honest I was not disappointed with their bonuses....weekly and monthly cashback as well 20% no wager deposit cashback.

Since the beginning of this year I was no longer able to deposit with my MasterCard. They came up with all kind of excuses like..me using an US MasterCard ...they advises me to select another country...use MuchBetter....nothing worked...

I put all together in an email asking them what was going on...again...no explanation. Not until yesterday I were able to deposit again with my French card.

just wonder if you have or had issues with this casino....

Ahh yes, I'd imagine your casino selection is very limited indeed. I haven't played here so I'm afraid I can't reflect on any personal experience but they seem to be doing okay here. Very limited complaints  and the ones that have been logged have been resolved with the main issue seeming to be the casino not willing to close accounts/blocked accounts. 

So have they chat not gave you an acceptable answer as to what happend? Maybe they just had an issue with that payment provider that has been resolved now? Has your experience made you worry about playing there in the future?

Hi there @Hkaris and welcome to AskGamblers Forum :) 

French players were always a difficult one to cater due to all the existing restrictions over online gambling in France. Therefore, not surprised at all to hear about your payment difficulties. 

Afraid you have no other option but to inform the casino team and pray for faster resolution. As @cocopop3011 mentioned above, it's most probably an issue with their current payment provider, so you'd better arm yourself with some patience, these matters usually take some time to resolve.
