A nightmare..all money in my account taken out by the casino

A cruel thing is that they still show the amounts of my winnings  on their main page! Still nothing hear about the outcome of the investigation...I sense that they play a game...their game...who cares ...they have the money back...gaining their profits...

you're not the only one that has had their winnings confiscated cause of a casino using some vague bonus terms , there was another case where some Aussie player won over 100K and then the casino took their winnings. It's on this forum somewhere.

ok I found that thread about the Aussie player getting his 129K winnings confiscated after a 50$ deposit.

Thx for the link....yes a sad story though mine is a little bit different. I do not have an affiliate account, my deposit was without any bonus and last but not last the casino threw in bonuses AND activated them while I were playing cash money and not waited according to their terms to activate them after playing down all cash.....I still have hopes....yet still didn’t receive their final verdict....I will contact them tomorrow morning since VIP is already gone and back 9pm.....I will not wait any longer  and will post a complaint if the outcome is not satisfying

It's completely mad...when did we get to the point where, when winning some massive amounts, the mind turns to 'Uh-oh, what term and condition will they try and ***** me with ', rather than waheyyy!

Having said that, i don't know the brand you're playing with but they are Curacao? Severely limited in choice

Not much use to you but what i will say is that from the casino's i use I'd be very surprised to see them do this (Can't trust 100% obviously). Ok, I'll name one - I'd bet my house that an L&L casino would not get involved in this type of thing (though, as shown by Betat, things change!)

Don't know if it's still the case but i know Trada, allowed you a second chance if you breached max bet etc, as long as you contacted them etc. 

I don't know the brand your're talking about but this is my fear for an over regulated UK market - people being forced to play at places when there's far better operators out there - and, if what you say is true and to the mark, they're dodgy.

Here's the difference: i've seen personally, or read, people winnings local jackpots at good casinos - 110k? Paid after verified in a week

4.50 double wildlines on DOA? - 100k withdrawal plus? Heard it being paid within 4 hours.

The difference - they're good casinos, in the main. No fuss, no hassle, pay the piper what he won.

If i ever won a large amount at some of these places I'd not be sleeping for a week - if I won it at Hyper Casino etc, I'd sleep like a baby.

That was a thread that would make you give up gambling forever if it happened to you

Didn't hear anything back - maybe the OP is saving up for the lawyer fees - trying to track the casino down to a shanty town in Curacao may have been an issue.

Chapter 2..or 3... I had contact with an agent and asked why my playing history at the time of my winnings is not available any longer ....they claim that I can go back in betting history for...one year...so you can select periods...nope...I only can go back until yesterday.

i wanted to check something I didn’t mention before because....I feel embarrassed....anyhow...I need to tell.

At the time I played down my 92k winnings I celebrated and have been drinking a little bit more than....you know...I kept on playing and down at 45k I hit again 25k....Then kept on playing few hours longer and went to bed. In the morning when I woke up in my mind I still had 55k in my account but soon after I noticed that there were only 40k....I started to doubt myself...15k difference and why did I remember 55k. It took me some time to analyze this situation  and tried to check the history...but as now I couldn’t go back in time. Too much occupied with what happened I decided to check today again. The same problem... I contacted via chat an agent and asked to check on this...and they should be able. The agent waited a long time before answering me and finally wrote...you have to contact your VIP manager for this...Strange enough they only work until 5 pm just after my chat.  I am supposed to contact tomorrow morning starting from off 9am. 

All of this makes me more suspicious....I am playing online casinos for 12 years, played sometimes  high stake  and had some issues but far from what is going on now....

I had contact with the VIP manager via chat. He said that the investigation is still going on. Good or bad thing?

concerning the blocking of my playing history he contacted the technical department to find out. As I can see myself the history is blocked at the time they took the money but I hope they will give it free so I can check some things.

I also let him no that I do not want to start a complaint procedure with Curacao egambling and Askgamblers because it will not benefit both of us...he said that he would forward all to the financial department....who will contact me via email about the verdict.

I will give them some more time...

Think they’re just pandering to you; why state final decision and then say it’s ongoing? Doesn’t make sense.

Id go straight to a complaint rather than be messed about

Reading this again....does your VIP Manager know anything?

All this 'forwarding to the relevant department' 'Passing to the technical team' is just procrastinating BS.  That alone should be raising the red flags.

Well h assured me that I would receive an email with the verdict....I think in case I put in a complaint in now it can influence their decision in a bad way....don’t know...just think...will give them one more day...not easy for me because I am far from a patient person

To be honest mate, if putting a complaint in influenced their attitude for the worst it wouldn’t give me hope that they’d do the right thing without the complaint because it would speak volumes about their attitude

I think allow them the chance to give a reply and then if you don't get it, you can take the advise given above. Let us know if you need any help with that.

Well it seems that some of you were right and me...too naïf. I contacted first via chat the general agent support...and not yet the vip. Well well, they just said that the verdict of last Sunday was there final decision...no further than has been done!

Then I confronted my VIP manager with this and he told me that he’s not responsible that they didn’t do....it’s not up to him...he did his best as he said...

What a BS....he knew that they didn’t want to do a new investigation....

So I have no other choice....and start a complaint campaign....I wonder at what time they will close my account.

No need for a campaign mate  - one's enough!

BUT....looking at their licensing etc I'd be very surprised if you have any luck with them.

Passing it around, or so they say, they're lying, they don't want to pay, they have acted with great deviousness etc - hope i'm wrong, but it doesn't sound like a place who will go back on their current practices.....

I am puzzled...montecryptos .....yes this is the casino  concerned for those  who didn’t already knew ... did not take may players points I gained during my extensive winnings......So they kind of accept a legal play? They also announced my winnings on their main page while they took the money Isn’t this misleading players?

in their terms is also...
1.16 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.
This means “followed” ...as not until finishing real money.
They never respected besides ....they jump in any bonus any time they want and make it active without knowing while you are playing...the bonus just disappear.....isn’t this a solid argument against them? To me this is more than just cheating but maybe I am not objective enough at the moment ...I just hope that Askgamblers will come up with some good news to approve my complaint
