Hello! I have a problem with my PokerStars account. After a deposit two weeks ago, my account was frozen. I sent a email to the address that shown up on screen, and they asked for some documents. Sent it right away, but haven't heard anything from them after that. Any tips on what I should do? ?

They are so slow, go on their discord server(Pokerstars school) or something, and private message admins, not moderators they can't do anything IMO. My acc was frozen for 2 weeks until I didn't do that..Try their twitter too they respond there fast.
