Wink Bingo - Bank Wire Withdrawal Iissue

I don’t really know if I’m posting in the right place but my issue is also with a wire transfer. I won on wink bingo who I know are owned by 888holdings. 
 

anyway I’m wondering if anyone from the uk had withdrew from wink bingo by wire transfer and how long it actually took ? 
wink bingo have told me 7-10 business days is this actually true ? 
 

I use Apple Pay on the site so that’s why it had to be done by wire transfer . 
 

if anyone has any idea that would be great

I have played at Wink Bingo, but not sure Ii ever withdrew there. Anyway, yep I think that is pretty standard for a bank wire transfer. I'd probably expect at least 5 days so their 7-10 seems reasonable to me. Has the withdrawal been processed? It'll also depend on who you bank with as to how quick you'll get it.
