Maximum cash out on cashback

Hi I was recently given a 75 euro cashback as a goodwill credit to stop me leaving Spicy Spins Casino. I used it to win 5200 euros but am now being told there is a 10 x max payout limit and I will be lucky to get 750 euros and the remaining 4450 euros will be cancelled! Does anyone have any advice as to what if anything I can/should do in this situation so as not to lose the remaining winnings please?

1. congrats on managing to turn 75e into 5200e that is a lot of talent/luck you have/had there. That was all on slots?

2. were there any terms/conditions mentioned anywhere prior to starting to use the 75e cash back. Usually if its a bonus then there will be some conditions attached.

3. they could have made it max 250e cashout if they wanted to so 750e is still better than nothing and perhaps they wanted to limit the cost of retaining you as a customer.

4. ask them for some set of rules they have for cashbacks if they have any at all..

5. reason for trying to leave SpicySpins was it cause you had lost many thousands of euros on their slots?

If I had known that the max withdrawal limit was 10x, then I would have played off the balance to get additional VIP points, or whatever, then only finally withdraw 750 Euro. Don't know if you can cancel that withdrawal now and get everything refunded back into your account...if they haven't already removed the balance.

Going to shill LandL casinos but they give back 10 percent on each deposit as Cashback. No wagering, no limits. But you lose it if withdraw so remember to take it out before you do: casino casino and fun casino I think.
