bee3434
Hi all I am just after some clarification and advise if anyone knows the answer. I currently have a complaint against a casino which I have passed to eCongra. The casino in question emailed me today to tell me what eCongra have advised them to do. I have had no correspondence from eCongra to myself on this matter and I am wondering if it is usually left up to the casino to correspond to me regarding it all or if eCongra should be telling me directly. I don’t trust this casino at all and think it’s weird that eCongra would correspond through them to me since my complaint is about them! I just wanted to know the usual process here. any help would be appreciated
pinnit2015
Have ecogra not been notifying you throughout the course of dispute? As far as i know they need to keep both parties informed at regular intervals etc... The ADR should be communicating the outcome to the PARTIES (ie, you and the casino - AFAIK)
ValDes
Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Well, the only adequate source of info regarding the eCOGRA complaints process is the ADR itself of course so you'd better forward your questions and/or possible concerns to them directly. Still, what I know from our experience handling player disputes is that sometimes the affected casino operator might take certain actions (such as contacting the complainant for example) prior the ADR announced their decision.
