i have got an email from silver oak casino, and in that email says:

How must i read this, if i deposited lets say 1000 euro, i can cashout 2000 one minute later?????? would be to good to be true right????

Yes, I would think that would be too good to be true. The "catch" must be that it's a sticky bonus. A sticky bonus is where the bonus money itself can't be withdrawn. So, when you withdraw, they'll subtract €1000 from the withdrawal amount. It's still a pretty good offer, though, since anything you win in excess of the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
