I never play casino games before . Well, i decided to try it. And...lost over $20 doing $1 bets)). I played over 60 hands and verified it.
It's now 3 weeks since it was to be credited.
I have sent a few emails now, but yet to hear back from anyone or to have this fixed! this is very frustrating to say the least! Awful service.
I would have just stayed away if I knew that the promotion was a scam.

Have just reviewed both rejected complaints and must admin the decision taken by our Complaints Team was totally correct. 

The first of your complaints lacks any real facts - no detailed information about the disputed offer, no additional info about the relevant offer terms, nothing...

The second one contains the offer text but that is all - again missing offer terms, again no additional info such as screenshots from the emails you might have already exchanged with the operator in regards of the issue... 

In fact, your forum posts contains more information than both your complaints combined which is really ridiculous and comes to prove you simply failed to read carefully what AGCCS means and how you are supposed to use it.
