The_sunshine Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 Hi Askgamlers! I have a general question. I'm from Europe. In some European countries (perhaps all) there is tax on profits from casinos with Curacao license. To calculate this you need the history of gambling sessions or at least the total amount of deposits and winnings. The site I'm playing on are not willing to provide any of this information. Is this normal? Quote
ValDes Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers. Huh, first time I hear EU country imposing taxes on Curacao licensed operators specifically. Will greatly appreciate if you could elaborate a bit about it, would be useful for our forum community to know. As for the requested deposit/withdrawal history you can easily take a screenshot yourself and present as some valid evidence. Another option would be check your preferred method of payment history, should be a sufficient info and logs there as well. Re denial of gaming logs, totally unacceptable as no online casino operator has the right to refuse providing such crucial piece of information. You could either send them official GDPR request or submit formal complaint with their regulatory body directly or use a third-party, independent mediation service such as AGCCS. Hope the above helps. cocopop3011 and imanorange 2 Quote
