Vivian Moreno Posted October 7, 2019 Share Posted October 7, 2019 Hi im just wondering i posted a complaint a while back about one casino that took my winnings because they said i had duplicate account but couldnt and wouldnt provide me with any proof that its true. I know that i only opened one account with them. My complaint was rejected and never even got posted. But i just saw a complaint from another person to a diff casino and the complaint was exactly like mine. His complain got posted and actually waiting for a reply. I am confused on how mine was rejected and his was valid. Because i swear its the exact same problem that i was trying to get help with.
