Hello everyone so I read recently that Pennsylvania is now starting the motion of allowing NetEnt to enter into the Pennsylvania casino market. Do you believe that this is new hope for the US casino market?? I sure hope so. I also am wondering if a VPN located in Pennsylvania will possibly give potential to playing NetEnt in the States.
