dillfly2000
I won't mention any names (not yet anyway). But right now I'm dealing with an issue after making a withdrawal. I was sent a notice that my proof of address expired and cannot withdraw until it's re-verified. Never experienced this with other casinos. So I resent a government paper (which I use with most casinos) but it was denied. I just sent another document hoping it gets approved. If it doesn't, I'll most likely ask for a refund and close the account. So sick of these games. I've made withdraws with this casino a few times before. I've contacted support about this. I'm pretty patient and willing to give the benefit of doubt. But the timing just seems strange to me. I mean If you don't want to give people their winnings, don't start an online casino. This is usually how downward spirals happen. I'll keep you updated. copyyy
tracywild
I've recently had a similar issue however once I sent through the requested information I eventually got my winnings. The time it took was questionable end of April and got paid in early July far from what they advertise. Am sure they are wanting us players to spend our winnings just so they don't have to pay out. Good luck and am interested in your outcome. dillfly2000
copyyy
I had similar problems as you casino declined about 3/4 documents saying that they don't accept those documents that I provided them with and that they are too old a maximum was like 3months or something. Don't close your account before withdrawing your money. Go to your bank and ask for bank statement they must accept that every casino does it will have your name/address and date when it's printed so they cannot decline you. dillfly2000 and cocopop3011 1
pinnit2015
Yeah, a bank statement will suffice (not that it adds anymore certainty IMO than me writing on a post it note that my address is 221B Baker Street) dillfly2000
dillfly2000
Yes, I actually just disabled my paperless statements in my online banking just so I can get a proof of address, my banks online statement doesnt include my address. Luckily my phone bill e-statement does. So I sent it to them. Support told me it would be good. Hopefully get reverified within the week. copyyy
cocopop3011
Yep agree with all the comments. I usually use a bank statement too but I don't always have one with a current date so have to use a different kind of bill, but they're few and far between with everything going paperless. Never really experienced issue with POA before though. Definitely don't just request a refund, wait and be patient I'm sure it will all work out. And id it's doesn't you always have the AGCCS to fall back on. dillfly2000 and copyyy 1

dillfly2000
Update: I was verified. Got a message that withdrawal is in process. Which is great because this is one of my top casinos. Even wrote positive review about them. cocopop3011
