Infinity
Hi guys, if you experienced folk would be so kind as to help me headstrong my issue. I play at several of the main NJ Casino's. And in the past 2 mths I've deposited close to $5,000 and played through hundreds of thousands @ Golden Nugget and was on my way to winning when I hit bonus round on every bet level up to the $40 per spin and after a few grand of playing, I recieved a player blocked pop up mid game. The next day on a different software provider game, same message. I have not won a dime since then, in June, across most casino's. What am I doing wrong here? Deposit $100 and play divine fortune, all dead spins, maybe hit once for 42 cents. ??!!??
tracywild
Not sure but did you check if there was a Max bet limit or if you deposited with a bonus code this can impact play. My best advice is to thoroughly read the terms and conditions and fully understand what they mean for each and every casino you choose to play with . Online play is great once you get your head around it! Good luck.
Infinity
Tracy, thanks so much for your reply. I closed my account @ Golden Nugget they kept emailing me stating the software provider was still working on it since June. I feel like I'm blocked somehow across all casinos. So wierd! In any case, I think I'm oficially done with online casino's, they've taken thousands from me & I'm done trying to figure it out. Today I deposited $450 ended up with 0 dollars. At this point its pure robbery! I've taken pics of all my win loss statements at each Casino, I truly don't understand how they get away with what they do. ValDes
Hi there @Infinity and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. While I could understand your frustration considering the situation described in your opening post, you should keep in mind that proper investigation of such game glitches is usually a time consuming process and could take anywhere between a couple of weeks to couple of months. It's up to you of course to keep the pressure over the operator and insist on getting an adequate review and investigation of your case. In the meantime, strongly encourage you to visit State of New Jersey Gambling Control Commission's website and check yourself what they say about things like 'rigged games' for example - https://www.nj.gov/casinos/services/faq/index.html You may also wish to familiarize yourself with their complaints process - https://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/inquiriespatroncomplaints.html Hope the above helps. Infinity
Thank you ValDes, I did email the NJDGE, along with attachments on the "Blocked Player" pop ups I recieved, no response. I realize the games are tested etc, but I'm sure they're not supposed to do this. Since this incident in June, I must have played at least $7,000 + across 3 NJ Casino Sites and nothing. Must be shadowbanned or something, regardless, I've lost my faith in the integrity of the system, and now they've lost my interest. Never heard back from the Casino after my complaint, until I posted a comment under one of their posts on social media, I also never received a reply from NJDGE. I feel as though, I'm just paying into the fund to rebuild Atlantic City, NJ's Casino District. Dead End!
ValDes
Sorry to hear NJDGE haven't responded yet. Perhaps you should be more persistent then and keep the pressure on until they finally respond.
Infinity
I finally figured out what happened, I was playing a Konami game on Golden Nugget Online when I kept hitting the bonus and moving up a bet all the way to $40 per spin and thats when I recieved a blocked player message during game, next day I played 88 fortunes, got the same blocked player message. The konami game took my repeated $40 bets as spam and blocked my ip address. When i called the casino they said they never heard of a blocked player message and would submit the incident to the game provider and they gave me the run around for months. Now I hit 3 bonus icons on 2 different games at 2 separate casino's and it didn't give me the bonus rounds last week. I looked up my ip address to see if it was blacklisted as spam and it is. What can I do now?? I'm so mad. This issue at golden Nugget happened in May, I've been losing alot of money since then. This is definitely what happened here. ValDes
Keep bomarding NJDGE on a daily basis! They must acknowledge the issue and let you know whether they are going to process your complaint or not. Ridiculous...
Flatzem
how can a game assume a players repeated bets as spam, what kind of a joke is this, quick/turbo spinning on a slot is what a lot of players do to get to the feature faster saves a lot of time. I know at land based slots everything is slower (long delay per spin) and worse TRTP but online if we can quick spin/stop spin then it makes sense to do so if the game allows it. Using quick spin myself 99% of the time oh my how fast your money can disappear, but when you hit the bonus is a nice surprise especially in-game like Book of Dead/RA cocopop3011

Flatzem
yes using quick spin makes the money go quicker but you get a feature quicker too and it saves time and time = money so you save money... but it can be varied do some spins slow and some quicker. cocopop3011
ValDes
Same here, using auto/quick spin 99.99% of the time. Cannot imagine pressing the Spin button thousands and thousands of times anyway. cocopop3011

I don't get to deposit much these days so when I do, I like it to last. Back when I was deposting multiple times a week, autospin was a must but yeah I guess my habits have changed nowadays.
