sometimes my documentations are not accepted by online casino. i mostly fax them. can there be any way for me to get approved more quick?

Hey Glasgow,

 

If you're not from the USA, most casinos won't request documentation most of the time. But some need additional info from you to verify your identity. We actually have an article about this called 4 Tips for Your First Withdrawal. Basically,

 

• Always e-mail, do not fax.
  
• Set your scanner to the highest resolution you can.
  
• Always scan in color.
  
• For your own security, obsure the first 12 digits of any credit cards, as well as the CVV code on the back.
  
• If you know the operator is trustworthy, send your documents in before you deposit to speed up the process.

i'm sooo glad i live in the UK so I don't normally have to deal with this documentation ***** lol. but these are definitely good tips. faxing is so passe.

I definitely agree with that one. It stalls payments whether the casinos are rogue or not. E-mail, e-mail, e-mail!

one time i got a request for documentation from paddy power casino. I had verrrryy similar problems as you did, Glasgow, but then they suggested i use email and I was fine after that.
