Casino doesn't want to reopen my account

So short story MeridianBet is my favorite casino well (WAS) and I be playing on it for years but lately, their system for claiming promotions became unbearable it tricked me at least 5 times without giving me bonuses when I deposited because you had to activate it manually lol, which I did each time and it didn't do anything, and I got tired of it after what I contacted support and said them to close my account which they did.
A week later I contacted support again to re-open my account because I saw some new promotion and just wanted to try and claim it, an hour later I got a response from support that my Account was deactivated forever upon my request and the worst part is when I requested that I want my account to be closed they never said or informed that it's forever and that it can't be re-opened.
So my question is can they really even do that because on every casino I closed my account I was able to re-open it normally just contacting support plus they didn't even give me an option to self-exclude myself for let's say couple months or anything.
I then contacted them on Whatsapp, they have live support there and got blocked in 2 minutes by just telling them that they didn't even say me that its forever and  that my account cannot be re-opened
I was winning player there probably had about 300$ deposit this year and more then 2-3k withdrawals is maybe that the reason this was done so poorly and they don't want to re-open my account or just let me create a new one?

We will never know.

I for one felt the same at Videoslots - Deposit $15, play in the 300 euro GTD - Can only be three - with over 70 players registered. Final prize pool over 500 euro, and i sometimes placed first walking away with $380, and withdrew. I also thought because I make small deposits and withdrew bigger amounts.

Anyways if thats what they do, just move on.

Not sure if anything can be done, what does the terms say about account closure?

Tried to find something about it and the only thing I could find is that they have to close my account when I ask and that's it they do not even offer for you to deactivate your account for a couple of months or anything, I had to do it manually contact support anyway as you said if that's what they do I will move on and I already did.
