Cashimashi Probleme

Hallo Askgamblers Forum Gemeinde ich habe ein Problem im Cashimashi Casino. Mir wird vorgeworfen einen Doppelten Account zu besitzen. Was 1000000% nicht der Fall ist. Ich kann keine Auszahlungen vornehmen kann mich weiterhin anmelden und spielen. der Support hilft mir nicht weiter und besteht darauf das ich den anderen account verifiziere aber dieser gehört nicht mir und Benutzername sagt mir auch nichts ich brauche dringend euren Rat und Hilfe.

Hi - I can only answer in English, so hopefully you can translate. So, the casino are willing to let you verify the other account? But you're absolutely sure it's not yours? Because you could just change the password if you couldn't log in. Will they release the email address to you just so you can check if it is yours and maybe you've just forgotten you registered?

I am absolutly Sure thats Not my Account. I Register at 26.6 IT was the First time i Open the site. They give me only the Username but Not the Email... I dont know what to die now. Have Invest a Lot and won a little Bit...

I can also Log in in in my Account and Play and so on...they say they wait for an answer from the Others Account Bit maybe ist Not active or Not real i dont know ...
