hansn
With this topic, I wish to draw the attention of the Askgamblers Community to my complaint against the very unethical behavior of an online casino: Viggoslots. Viggoslots confirmed my win of 14,000 Euro in January 2018, but refuses to pay the final amount of 2,000 Euro for more than 16 months! Their excuse: We cannot send money to players in Germany. But: They accept deposits from players in Germany! Viggoslots is licensed in Curacao, but the licensor doesn’t think it necessary to assist me. We, the Askgamblers Community, should make sure that a casino can’t get away with such an unethical behavior. If casinos see that nothing will happen if they don’t pay their winners, then the whole gambling industry is in a dead-end. So, I now ask you members of Askgamblers to step into my complaint and support me and increase the pressure against Viggoslots. Viggoslot’s strategy seems to be: „Just wait and see. Nothing will happen.“ Please note: I did not accept any boni from Viggoslots, I did not breach any of their terms, and I won everything with my own funds. Here is the link to my complaint against Viggoslots. Please post your comments there: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/viggoslots-casino-delaying-payment-for-more-than-15-months See you there! cocopop3011
Hi hansn and welcome to the forum. As your complaint is undergoing you should actually refrain from speaking about it too much in the forum. Our admin @ValDes may decide to lock the topic until the complaint has an outcome but please for now allow the discussion only to happen between yourselves and the casino on your complaint page. ValDes
Hey there @hansn and welcome to the forum. Please keep in mind that while you are totally free to share your disappointment and frustration at the forum and search/ask for further support from our forum community, AskGamblers Complaints Team strongly encourage you to refrain as much as possible from discussing an ongoing AGCCS case as this may compromise all the efforts to reach to a satisfactory solution of such a complaint. blondie
