Playamo denies 10,000 € deposit and closes account

PLAYAMO REFUSES PAYMENT OF ALMOST 10000 €

Good day,

Playamo denied me my payout in the amount of almost € 10,000. My account was simply closed, on the grounds that my account would be a duplicate and there was another account with my data. I have uploaded all the required images to confirm my identity, such as my registration certificate, my badge and my credit card. Shortly after I got an e-mail

"Your account is a duplicate and will be closed and the winnings of almost € 10,000 will be forfeited.

I registered with Playamo for the first time a few days ago. I can not explain how it can still give an account with my data and apparently the same IP ??

I have registered with playamo with my macbook. Playamo would have to be able to see with which device when and who logged in from where. Because then you would have to see that I only have an account or not?

I hope you can help me, after all, it is almost € 10,000


the support staff (leo) of Playamo refuses to deal with me and the matter. He closes the chat without any conversation.

Please help me or give me tips what I could do !!!

Hi fabi and welcome to the forum. IF you absolutely insist you have not opened a duplicate account are you sure maybe a friend or family member hasn’t wile using your ip address? Have you also requested proof of the duplicate account? 

You can open a complaint I’ll tag @ValDes he’s the best person to help you with a complaint here. You may be able to open one but please make sure to include as much information as you can.
