Can a Casino decline a withdrawal?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

sorry for asking so much. But I did read on other Forums, that some Casinos did decline a withdrawl, because they say that a player is playing with a system, and therefore it was a betrayal and they did decline the withdrawl. Is this true? can a Casino do that? How can they see if someone is playing with System or not? As for me,  I like to play roulette and I like to bet on Streets. Only Streets. There is no System to it, just like to play like that. But could the Casino consider this a System playing and decline my withdrawl if I ever wanted to do that?

Since I learned here, that something like a certain logfile after 59 minutes doesn't exist, and that they won't manipulate the software after that, I begin to wonder if this is also a myth and a lie or if some people had here problems with it, and never got their money.

thank you so much

Can a casino...any casino...decline a withdrawal? YES!!!

To put it very simply...a casino is just like a bank...but more worse! If you don't follow their terms or rules, they can decline your transaction, refuse to pay you, confiscate your money, or even close your account. Where money is concerned, no one gives a damn if you're a friend, a relative or a spouse...what more a gambler! :p

If any casino staff tells you that they really care about you...well...yes...your money...never you! 8)

What exactly is "betting on streets"? Sorry I'm not a Roulette player and this term isn't familiar to me.. Maybe you could explain a bit more.

Hello Cocopop,

so I did attach a pic here with Numbers how you can bet on streets. So either you can bet on numbers directly as seen in Number 1 (Betting on 1,2,3) or you can bet on the lines as you can see with Number 2 and 3.  On Pic Number 2 you can see that the bet is on the Numbers 4,5,6. On pic 3 you have the numbers 7,8,9,10,11,12 covered. The difference is on the payout if you win.

With betting directly on the Numbers you will get a 35:1 payout, while on Number 2 and 3 you will get you a 11:1 payout.  As for me I tend to bet directly on the numbers.

Wow that sucks, really...I mean I can understand if you violate their terms or rules that they can decline you the money. But not if you gamble and have a certain strategy which proofs that you get money. Not rich, but growing steady. And this can get you to a decliment of money??

I think the house edge is never changed whether you play using a strategy or whatever system you call it. No single  bet has any "memory" of the past event, otherwise the games cant be random at all. So, actually, there can never be a sustainable "system".

yes, you are right...but maybe they can call it a system and therefore decline a withdrawal. Just because you love to play this system and don't bet  on anything else.   Don't you think??

Have you ever experienced any issues playing the way you do?

no no, so far nothing...but I did read it on other Forums, that people tend to have problems with Casinos. That they did decline their withdrawal because the Casino said they are using a system.

I think everyone has some kind of a "System". If you always bet the same amount, that could be called a system. If I increase my bet after 5 losing streak, that might be a system too.

So, I dont think casinos may use this logic to decline winnings

yes, I think you are right....thank you very much Xadnan.

To put it very bluntly yet again...no casino wants you to win...all they want is your money...lots and lots of them! <_<

If you win regularly, they can accuse you of 'irregular play', or 'fraudulent play', or even 'collusion' with other players. If you win 'too much', they can block your account, or even close it off. If you take bonuses all the time, they can label you a 'bonus abuser'.

In fact, if you are constantly winning, they will find a way to kick you out of their casino...and that is the truth!

'Have fun', 'have a great time', 'enjoy your game', 'hope you win big'...are all lies! But we gamblers, we don't see it that way...because we believe in them...and we do have fun in them...whilst they beLIEve to us all the time!

Oh well than I will certainly get problems. Because today I did win 60€ with roulette in 50 minutes. Why? Because I always got a hit. It was perfect today. And I have to win to wager the bonus. I lost my deposit and playing now with the bonus money. And since than I am constantly winning. Would it help if I would play on slots and loosing a bit? I wod love to have the bonus.

Winning 60 Euro in a day ain't gonna get you trouble, I'm afraid...hahaha. It's only when you have won 10K or more, over several months, that the casino management would catch you. Anyway, be careful about playing table game bonus on slot games...some casinos do not allow such a mix.

Ah okay I see. Yes I will be careful. Thank you for your advice. I will keep that in mind. Oh well I do not intend to win 10k or more. But maybe around 200 to 300 euros per month. That would be nice. Well we will see... Thank you again Afi4wins.

You're most welcome. ?
