desposited £1400 on 21.co.uk won a few times my balance £5531.14 went to withdraw my money had do verification  my details because my postcode didn't match and on gamstop they closed my account no mention of my balance £5531.14 and haven't been paid what do i do?

Hi mike and welcome to the forum.

So, have you actually contacted them for a reason? Have you previosuly self-excluded? If you haven't already contacted the casino then do that first and let us know what they say.
