On the other side, seeing complaints here about Casimba Casino lately… , same groupe after all .. So I did thus yesterday and sent in the new account information. Nit even an email back saying they received it. I cannot believe this establishment and how they are handling this situation. I made 2 withdraws at this casino , one on Nov. 28 for $1500 and the other the following day for $400. I received an email from them the very next day stating they needed documentation to verify who I am. I provided everything they asked for. They replied again after w days and said I had been verified and I was in review for up to 2 days . Once this waiting period was over I would receive my withdraw within 2-5 business days. I am still waiting. Lol I have contacted them by email , back and forth so many times I am sure they are absolutely sick of me. Lol The first week of correspondence was all "please be patient, it can take up to 10 days to get to your account" The second week it was all" my banks " fault because they had released the funds is all they knew. The third week was all " we are waiting to receive the return of the funds and will contact you when we do". They never once contacted me unless they were responding to one of my emails. I really dont think they would have done anything to contact me unless I had been endlessly emailing them. I still dont believe they are doing very much to fix the situation. Thus week I was informed they had received the return of my withdraw and they would not be responding my withdraw to that same account I had provided. That I needed a new bank account that was not the credit union account i submitted. I of course did not have any other accounts and trying to get this resolved i went 2 days ago and opened a new account at a new bank and submitted the documentation to them immediately. I received an email this morning from them saying same bs about 48 hours to review and they would be in touch. Course the weekend is here now and xmas so.... will this ever get resolved who knows????
