As per the AGCCS Terms you have the right to reopen your case up to two times. Sincerely hope Rembrandt management will do the right thing this time and pay in full. I had set my then 1000 daily limit 1100 weekly and 1200 monthly When they reopened my account they reset it to 5000£ without my authorisation.
