Addzz123
I was recently playing with a friend on an online casino sight. The game was lightening roulette. On the same account, two days earlier we had hit 500x on a number totally to £30,000. I had requested that to be cashed out and was feeling lucky again so played. I hit another 500x number and the total was £32,000. I logged out with the total balance remaining on £30,000. However the next morning I get a call, telling me they would be clearing my balance back to 0 and I wouldn’t be getting paid a penny from the second win. The reason being whilst playing because some bets were being rejected, I had a team member pop up on the live chat suggesting me to stop playing. I don’t know how to approach this, 30k being a massive sum of money for it to be swiped from under my feet... any suggestions?
pinnit2015
Is this the game that, despite being told that the wheel was not motorised, one time it would not stop spinning?! What do the terms say? The old bet refused after a big win chestnut... :-/ Why did he tell you to stop playing?
Katie_Isaacson
I’m sorry you lost your money this way. But to understand what’s happened and what to do next, it’s important to know all the conditions of this casino. Maybe, there was some kind of bet limits? The thing is that if this casino is reliable it should provide some kind of support. Maybe you can reach it via email? If this is some kind of mistake, you may try to prove your winnings and get it back. However, if you just haven't read terms and conditions carefully, it’s nothing we can do and you just have to learn from this negative experience.
