Problem with William Hill Download-Version

Tristan

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have problems with the William Hill Download-Version for some days. When i will log in there is a massage "Server overloaded"

I reinstall, but it does not work.

The Same Problem in the EuroGrand.

I can only play with the Browser-Version in both Casinos.

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Hmm, weird message indeed and definitely one I have never ever seen before... :o

Have you tried some other operator using the same software? Might be some temporary issue with the casino itself, dunno...

From what I last know (when I could still play at various Playtech casinos), some casinos have stopped providing support for their download version...so I could only play on their flash version! This may also be the case now with WHG group of casinos like William Hill, 21 Nova, Eurogrand, as well as with other Owner groups.

Thanks for the answers.

I hope my english is not so bad

I use the Software on a Notebook, and i reinstalled the Software for 2 Weeks and it works for some days.

Then last week come this massage when i will log in, but i had not changed anything.

No update on the Notebook Software or something.

On another Notebook i have the software for some months installed, and on this notebook the software it still works.

I can not explain what the problem is.

Okaaay...have you tried using both the notebooks at the same time...or within the same day...just to ensure that the software works on one notebook but doesn't on the other?

If you have, but one notebook is still not working, then the problem may be with that notebook. Have you tried clearing all the caches, or do a deep clean up on that non-working notebook? If you have done that but the problem still remains, then it probably needs some drivers or a Java update.

I'm assuming that the download version of the casino software can still be used.  :p

Which chache should i clearing?

The Cache in the William Hill File or the  Browsers?

I use Firefox, Chrome and i clear the chaches every day.

Both computer and browser caches...does your cache clearing include DNS cache? Old casino caches may cause some login issues.

If that still doesn't work, try using IObit Drive Booster 6 to check all the installed drivers and updates. This may also be a cause of problems.  ;)
