Just so we understand better, they're refusing your withdrawal because they say the pictures you've sent are blurry? You are welcome to open a complaint here but you need to make sure if you do that you include a lot more information than you have here I'm finding it a little hard to understand what you mean. It's ridiculous not professional. if such a casino can not be proffessional, do not accept amounts of approx. EUR 2,000 only for 100 hmmm. pathetic ... day on day stupid answer to emil .......... we do whatever we can .... first I asked them to cancel the payment I ordered, they wrote that no problem ... and later I look at the blocked account I asked why, it turned out that the verification was not fully carried out, so I think that they should not accept larger amounts of EUR 1,000, I have repeatedly paid from the same account as always large amounts, just to deposit no problem .... but to withdraw suddenly is ... well back to verification ... I was asked for id, etc etc. requirements met I sent a good quality photo see the name surname of the card id and both sides, the same card from the bank. everything legible every verse 24 h joke? a dozen or so e-mails with a request for help, we always do everything we can ... interesting since they do not have the proper help, they should stop announcing, I'm pissed off, I will add that they exposed me to my relatives, unless everyone wants to be anonymous, and here suddenly I have to explain where from minus .... professionalism.
