Gamblingaddict666
Hi all i'm new to this forum, truth be told a gambling addict. All started back in February of this year.Losses were pretty bad over the past few months to say the least. Anyways, I couldn't afford a ''professional'' Gambling ban service, so i saw that Gamstop was free and thought I would use this to ban myself for a year. Was working well, I couldn't create another account on my 4 most used sites. I found a casino called Royal panda, although they are partners with Leovegas who are with Gamstop. As us addicts go ''let's give it a try''Without hesitation and the help of google autofill, i had an account set up straight away. Even used an alternate email address just in case it was going to reject.Made me laugh, as I'd put 20 in, went to wiithdraw 20. Most casino's let you have your money back, but oh no Royalpanda wanted Verification.I thought meh, i'll leave it. The account will get suspended. It's no big deal.Friday Night, I'm back on the site after Payday. Using the Same bank card and same phone number and even the same Address, I was allowed to make another account with my original email that's on Gamstop. My original 4 casinos didn't even let me set up another account with the same phone number, let alone the same card. So I was curious but my addiction lead the way. Anyways, went on to lose a lot of money. Tried withdrawing some, had to verify which is currently in process. Now as losses go, i'm completely numb with other stuff going on in life, so I'm not really crying about my losses. But i'm curious to why this was allowed to happen. They say that their website is secure, but it allowed me to open 2 accounts with the same bank card, phone number and Address.Another thing which made me laugh was this clause, take from 5.3 under the Registration Terms. ''The player is hereby notified that Royal Panda carries out verification procedures on players depositing money. The player may be requested to provide Royal Panda with documents, such as but not limited to a copy of their passport.'' It states on players. I like how they put ''may'' as it kinda covers them i guess. But not once, during ANY of my deposits was my asked to Verify my account. I'd like to get some of my money back if possible as it technically shouldn't of been allowed.Just looking for other peoples opinion and anything to help really. Many thanks. pinnit2015
Point 1: Royal Panda are not on Gamstop. Yes, part of LV Group of Companies now, but AFAIK still a separate licence so in effect not governed under the same regime in terms of licensing conditions. For example, you can be SE under LV but not RP and the UKGC would rule there’s no licence breach if you played at RP. Secondly; the fact you opened a second account with RP has no bearing on being owed any money back given that, per above, they don’t participate in Gamstop as of yet. So I’d say you’ve very little chance. You may find your winnings are void now given the two accounts, if they pick up on it. It’s poor systems for not identifying at point of registration but for me that’s about it.
Harv_Carr
Actually, it's a common practice to be asked for verification if you trying to withdraw the funds. And pinnit2015 is right since you've created a second account you have small chances to give your money back. But I would advise you to apply to their support team, explain the situation and ask what you can do in such a case, maybe they will give you some advice.
