aer1983
Hi, So after looking for a new casino via google I found 'winnermillion' recommended somewhere. Stupidly I did not look any further... I'm a uk player, opened an account and made some deposits and played. I have £200 sat in there now and went to withdraw and the screen says not enough bets...I then tried to contact and live chat is never on. I googled them and realised they do not have a good reputation! I have been able to play net ent slots which apparently are not suppose to be available to UK players? I can't find anything about a certain amount of bets before withdrawal but I only deposited £25 this time and certainly played that through quite a lot. Any ideas anyone? If they don't respond like every other complaint I have now read have I lost my money? I deposited nearly as much as I have just won so I will be pretty cross with myself if I don't have a leg to stand on and should have checked them further...is it a case of lesson learned and move on? ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Well, I'm afraid I have some bad news for you as the aforementioned brand has been a ''proud'' member of our blacklist... https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/winner-million-casino-review/
aer1983
Hi Thanks for the reply, that was the review I found when I finally checked them out...not good news then :-( I am assuming there is no place to go to to get my money back? how are they allowed to operate and not be shut down somewhere. I don't think they even have a British licence do they? So I couldn't complain to them? Or can I seeing as I am a uk player? If it really is a case of there is nothing I can do then I will just move on but if I bought goods or services elsewhere and didn't receive them I would have some rights, seems unfair that they can take money with no intention of paying out. Serves me right for not checking more eh!
ValDes
First of all, you should try to figure out why your initial withdrawal attempt has been declined. There might be some min deposit wager requirements for example... If they keep being unresponsive, you may still file a formal complaint in front of their regulatory body which in this case should be Curacao via [email protected] despite their crappy attempt to hold off any responsibility - https://prnt.sc/jz2esk Good Luck! volendam101
aer1983
Ok thanks, I have tried to figure it out but cannot find out what the 'not enough bets' bit means in any of the terms and conditions. I played for a while and definitely played through the deposit a lot so who knows! Thanks again for your advise, I will sit tight for now and hopefully receive a reply :-)
pinnit2015
Read the title and was like 'oh no' but as then saw the casino name Accept UK bets (was one of about 6 i asked the UKGC about - no reply funnily enough) Did you pay by debit/credit card? I'm in no way advocating chargebacks etc but when it's this lot of chancers, I would use that as a last resort. Their terms and conditions are meaningless for these companies- if they decide they don't want to pay you they simply will not, regardless if you follow it to the T. aer1983
Hi I paid by debit card and have never done a charge back and wouldn't know where to start :-/ They have emailed me this afternoon...but not about my withdrawl, they wanted me to know that they had added and extra £70 to my account. All very odd and I am not holding my breath at all! So now my account sits at £270 and there is no seperation of funds like I would expect, my bonus shows at £0 and cash £270. I think they are just playing with me
pinnit2015
You're right - let it go through their 'process' and exhaust.... We've all made casino mistakes but that's how we learn going forward to check and due diligent them - it becomes second nature when i sign up to places now frankel
aer1983
I have had an email this morning from one of account managers I emailed yesterday...it was to remind me I have £270 to play with and if I deposit again I can get cash back...completely ignoring any of my questions! I have replied to say I don't want the £70 bonus and asked it to be removed (I have never taken any of their bonuss) and asked again how to withdraw my £200. Still not holding my breath ! pinnit2015
Shocking - reminds me of Casino Rewards Group who offer players a bonus if they reverse their pending withdrawal. And, may I add, actually have a UK licence to take bets
Afi4wins
Not only that, their withdrawal times are simply awful! Their KYC procedures are never fast either! I've had enough of Casino Rewards casinos! pinnit2015
pinnit2015
Not only that, their withdrawal times are simply awful! Their KYC procedures are never fast either! I've had enough of Casino Rewards casinos! Are they still MG only? Their sites look like it's 2006 again as well. I never liked them but that business practice of enticing reversals should be enough to rip up their licence.

All their casinos are still dedicated MG casinos, and I don't think they'll ever change either - not anywhere in the near future perhaps. Yes, they did enticed me, many times (!!!), to make a reversal and get a lousy 20%/25% deposit bonus for it, but of course, I simply ignored all of it! Hehehe. That happened when I made my first small win and withdrawal at Nostalgia Casino some months back, but it took well over 2 weeks to get my account verified and to get my money! Sheesh! I don't ever want to waste my money and my time at this casino again, that's for sure! pinnit2015
aer1983
Still nothing....I have emailed the complaints@gaminglicences email address as above to ask my steps to see what they say. Does anyone have a link to the actual terms and conditions of deposits at this casino? Not that I think it would help! But just to see if I can find something about the reason it won't let me withdraw. I took no bonus ever, made 7 deposits of £25 (3 I might add were by accident because their system doesn't tell you it's processing so you press the submit button and nothing moves and your balance stays at 0 so you don't know if you pressed it then you press it again 30 seconds later and suddenly double deposit hits
Afi4wins
Have you considered that the 'not enough bets' may actually refer to that 3 simultaneous deposits you had made, and not just on one 25 quid deposit? The system may see it as a 75 quid deposit, so whatever deposit wagering required may actually be imposed on that 75 quid amount! Just my thoughts though. aer1983
No that was a few days before and I lost that
ValDes
No that was a few days before and I lost that That day was just £25 and all the transactions on my bank statement are individual. To be honest I don't think 'not enough bets' means anything at all and it's just a way of not be able to not access the withdraw screen fully but was just curious to see if there was something in the terms Ouch! Seems like there's lots of wagering ahead of you before being allowed to cahsout ... 8.2.9 All players who deposit must play a minimum of 10X the deposit in order to be able to make a withdrawal. Afi4wins
10x the deposit amount??? OH MY GOD!!! No wonder that 'not enough bets' restriction!

pinnit2015
I’d have charged back my deposits if I was you. It’s a clipshot joint who shouldn’t even have allowed you to play. Note: I would not suggest the above for a reputable casino, purely on basis that they’re a shower of rogues.
Piper89
As Pinnit says hit them for chargebacks which depending on who you bank with can be a nightmare like nationwide they let £330 leave my account even tho I had cancelled the CPA and the stealth direct debit the company had set up after 3 months fighting with nationwide disputes I got my money back even tho I had copy of secure messages and call logs as supporting evidence .
