When self exclusion expires

Hi. New here and not sure if posting in right place Looking for information. Self excluded from Jetbull for 6 months cause have a gambling problem. Got email off them when it was up saying self exclusion had expired and that if I wanted to use account, I had to contact support and it would be considered. To be honest did not really read email properly till after damage was done. Day after email had it in my head to gamble so logged in and went on to lose a lot of money. When I went to delete emails from the site I noticed it. I never contacted them with written request or through support in any way and was able to access account and gamble. This has helped me on other sites I self excluded. Having to contact support curbs me from gambling cause I feel ashamed to ask to reopen account after self exclusion. Think they broke their terms and conditions. Has anyone seen this pop up before?

Not sure what licence they hold but this was mentioned in the Leo Vegas fine in the UK and is part of the UKs rules. Have a read of it to see what it says. Theirs was a failure to implement the 24hr cooling period, this seems to be a lack of speaking to you regarding new opening.

My personal views of this ‘safeguard’ are irrelevant but strictly speaking, if it’s UKGc or similar, It would technically be a breach.

However...one does need to be wary about free rolling and ye old question of, well it wouldn’t have been a problem had you won ;-). Not a dig personally but people are wiser to SE now and, like casinos scour looking for if ts and cs and broke, players are now looking to see if licensing conditions were broke when they lose.

But in summary: you may have a case.

I honestly did not pick it up till I was deleting emails that had anything to do with betting days later. I know about self exclusion and sister sites and always check bottom of page to see if a license cross over, then I don't join. Just think they would be quick to point out if I broke t and c's
