Mozza Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 Hi, I self excluded from 888 some weeks ago, but this week signed up to wicked and deposited £1000+. Checking my online banking for something I noticed the deposits were listed as "Cassava" the same as 888. I have emailed them asking how this can be possible after I had self excluded but had no direct reply, however I have since had a suspension email of my wicked account. I have submitted a complaint on here but haven't had any notification so not sure if it's been posted or not. Anyone advise where I stand regarding getting my deposits back?
