Hi all.

 

Having an account with fun88 I decided to ask on livechat if I could still receive the casino bonus. Support agent told me to proceed to deposit witht he bonus code which didn’t work, then the support agent told me to deposit without bonus code and they would add the bonus manually. After depositing I was told that the bonus had been added manually and it should be in my account shortly, 5 minutes later there was a delay, 10 minutes later it would take an hour for the bonus to appear so they would send me an email to let me know. 2 hours passed I went back to livechat and this time The guy tells me that their team after review of my account (which I havent done nothing at all since 2015) I was not elegible for the promotion.

 

My £200 stuck on their website til god knows when.

 

Looks like it’s not going to be slots night after all.

I'd be so annoyed!! What's their turnover on deposits so you can just get some of your money back?

Well the only advice i can give you,always ,always when it comes to receiving bonus this way you should safe all your transcript chats with whom ever you talked to..I always safe chats and that way you have kind of proof

I always save my chat transcripts too but if you have a casino with awful customer support even having that proof could be initially useless

Me: I'm wearing my glasses, I can see the promo page but that's not my question - I was told I had 30 spins in Pong
